The Database Tool (Add/Test)

Today I finished the business logic for the adding of new recipes, yesterday I finished the logic for adding resources. I also added some feedback to the testing functions to give the end-user an idea what might be wrong with their entry.

Next I need to implement the Edit/Update and Delete functions, but that's all for today.
